SkilloVilla is an online platform offering industry-focused courses designed to boost skills and ensure job readiness. Through live classes, mentorship from top professionals, and comprehensive career support including resume building and interview preparation. SkilloVilla bridges the gap between learning and earning. With partnerships across 300+ companies, a strong track record of high placements, and competitive salary packages, the platform equips learners with practical problem-solving skills across various fields.
As part of enhancing the post-learning experience, I designed a job portal aimed at helping students explore relevant job opportunities after completing their courses. Our objective was to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that connects upskilling with job placement, enhancing the overall career-building journey for users.

In this project, we redesigned the Masterclass landing page to optimize conversions. The goal was to reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) and attract higher-quality leads through paid advertising, improving the overall efficiency of our lead generation process.

As the UI/UX Designer for this project, I worked closely with Rajavel A (Product Designer) and Mohit Sharma (Product Manager) throughout the entire process. During the discovery phase, we engaged with students to better understand their experiences and challenges in finding relevant job openings after completing their courses. Many students relied on external websites or waited for the Placement Training team to share job leads, leading to inefficiencies and delays. This highlighted the need for a more streamlined approach, integrating a job portal within the platform so students could independently explore market opportunities while still benefiting from the company’s placement support.
