CONCLUSION

What I learned?

What I learned?

1.

Enterprise flows are NOT linear, they’re interconnected across personas

Every field supplier fill affects what the Reviewer sees, & what the Buyer evaluates.

2.

Information architecture matters more than UI

Organising huge amounts of data into a flow that felt logical and predictable.

3.

Task-heavy products need zero-friction guidance

Learned how to design progress steps, validations, and clear grouping.

4.

Simplicity is 10x harder when data is complex

Had to simplify a complex process into something a supplier could finish easily.
